Students remain dual-registered with Evolve and their home school, ensuring continuity in their educational journey. As a specialist attendance provision, our curriculum is carefully designed to complement and enhance this partnership. Rather than replicating the full range of courses offered across Sunderland’s secondary schools, we provide a focused, cross-curricular model that prioritises engagement, personal development and transferable skills.

Our curriculum is structured around three interconnected learning pathways:

· Language, Communication and the Arts (LCA)

· STEM and Vocational Learning (STEM-V)

· Society, Culture, Outdoor and Service Learning (SCOSL)

This pathway approach enables students to develop key academic knowledge alongside practical skills, creativity and real-world understanding. By integrating subjects within meaningful contexts, we support students to reconnect with learning, build confidence and make purposeful links between education and their future aspirations.
